I've learned not to open gifts at the actual party. Much easier in keeping track for thank you notes (my priority) and for Shelby to slowly enjoy each gift along the way. We opened gifts until 10pm that night! Yes, he got to stay up ridiculously late, but clearly with all the excitment he wasn't going down any sooner.
Busted! Aaron has been on a diet and sworn off sweets. This is the neighbor that Shelby calls, "Chocolate Cake" if that tells you what a feat it is to quit the sweets. He just couldn't resist! LOL Way to go, Chocolate Cake!
