Singapore - Day 4: Singapore Zoo

Singapore has a world famous zoo, and now we sure know why! What an amazing day. Stacy's favorite of the whole trip was the zoo, both this day and the night safari. These birds were so beautiful!Cows? This cracked us up. There were some cows out in front of the ticket stand and cafe. Too funny.Um, good luck there, Pierce. These boys and their maps all week...make sure you get one for each boy or forget it. HeheheOkay, boys, which way?So, they didn't look at all impressed by the water show. But I sure was! The seal was pretty darn humorous.Later in the day we came back to watch another show.... This peacock was awesome!Birds flew all around our heads throughout the show to incorporate into the story. And a monkey on a wire made his grand entrance as well.
After the show we were out and about. This pic is for my GG's! Ladies, you know I'm thinking of you all the way in Singapore when I saw our precious flamingo mascots! :->
So glad this thing was cased and not for live public viewing. What caught me most off-guard was the animals that are just out and about themselves, mingling with the crowds. This guy urinated on a dude's head in front of me!I could have reached out and touched this scary creature if I had wanted!!!Time for the elephant show! Check out their balance on logs.Hi!The boys were front and center for the attraction. They were soooo strong! And they had such a sense of humor. This guy reached up and pulled his trainer's hat off and threw it in the water...Then worked hard to put it back on.After getting splashed, Shelby wanted a seat up high. This scene on the way to the kids park was just breathtaking.
Thanks for brining us to the zoo, Camille!
Kids water park.

This big elephant bucket filled up with water, then the bell would ring and the kids would all run under to get majorly splashed!Ut oh, we have a tattle-tail coming over.Shelby loved the penguins. Aunt Trell...this pics for you.Kisses...More kisses...Australian outback time..Shelby's face here cracks me up. There were a few other kangaroos that were out in reach, but we were advised not to touch because the big guy had recently kicked someone. They started to move and Shelby was clearly not comfortable with that.
And how about the kangaroo's face..."what you lookin at?"
A giraffe man! Cool!!!!
